Here are some beautiful captures of Mumtaz’s work in Lahore. His allegiance to Islamic Architecture and careful attention to geometry ripples through every arch, fountain and brick employed in this space. Secret gardens encapsulated in courtyards and fountains are interspersed between each space. The effect is labyrinthine at times but more like that of a memory.
